Maintenance Request FAQ
A few quick answers that help tenants submit better requests and know when to call right away.
What should I include in a maintenance request?
Add a clear description of the problem, where it is in the home, when it started, and whether it is getting worse. Photos or a short video usually help us diagnose the issue faster.
What counts as an emergency maintenance issue?
Flooding, a gas smell, no heat during freezing weather, a broken entry lock, or any problem that creates an immediate safety risk should be treated as an emergency. Call us right away so we can respond as fast as possible.
Can I still submit a request if I just moved in?
Yes. If you notice a repair issue during move-in or your first week, document it clearly and submit it through RentRedi. Keeping good notes early helps protect everyone and gets the right repair scheduled sooner.
Where can I find more tenant help besides maintenance?
Our tenant resources hub is the best place to start if you need payment information, move-in reminders, general tenant support, or links to other renter guides.
